Managing Director
Satoru Ushida is heading Falken Tyre India Private Limited (FTI) as Managing Director, being responsible for Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, Logistics, Operations and other functions of the company.
He joined The Ohtsu Tire & Rubber Co. Ltd., Japan, in April 1987, and started his career with the company as a member of Overseas Tyre Sales Dept. (Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd. merged Ohtsu Tire in 2004.)
During all of his career until now, he has been managing overseas markets other than Japan, looking after European market from Germany in 1997-2000 and 2009-2011.
In 2016- March 2019, he was heading Sumitomo Rubber Asia (Tyre) Pte Ltd. in Singapore, as Managing Director (a 100% subsidiary of Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd.), looking after Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar and Hong Kong.

Frankie Lim joined Falken Tyre India Private Limited (FTI) as Director- Sales, being responsible for Sales, Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain and Technical Service functions of the company.
He has joined Falken Tyre India Private Limited (FTI) as Deputy Director- Sales, in Aug 2015, and has been with Falken Tyre India Private Limited (FTI) till present.
During his years of working career, he has Sales & Marketing experiences in Singapore and International markets for more than 20 years.
Before joining Falken Tyre India Private Limited (FTI), he was part of Stamford Tyres' Export Division before being assigned to head the various departments in Falken Tyre India Private Limited (FTI).
